RALF EISENBARTH

MISSION WELLBEING
Ralf Eisenbarth is the founder of R.E.BALANCE and develops holistic approaches to wellbeing at the intersection of strategy, experience, and personal development. His work is driven by a central question: How can wellbeing be understood not as optimization, but as a guiding principle for shaping quality of life? Drawing on his expertise in strategy, entrepreneurship, and coaching, he develops perspectives, concepts, and practical formats that connect thought and experience.
A different understanding of wellbeing
Wellbeing is often reduced to performance, resilience, or self-optimization.
R.E.BALANCE follows a different approach.
Wellbeing is understood as something that emerges when conditions are aligned:
-
with individual needs
-
with meaningful structures
-
with supportive environments
-
This perspective informs all work across individuals, organizations, and experience-driven contexts.

How the work is structured
The work combines two complementary dimensions:
Think Tank: Developing new approaches to understanding and positioning well-being.
Experience Lab: Creating spaces where well-being can be directly explored and experienced.
Together they combine knowledge with application.
Why this is important
Nowadays, wellbeing is often viewed in a fragmented way: as a service, a method, or an intervention.
Here, the approach is different: to contribute to a more coherent understanding of wellbeing and to put it into meaningful practice.
Wellbeing does not arise from isolated measures. It arises from harmonious conditions.
This is the perspective behind R.E.BALANCE.
