RALF EISENBARTH
YOUR WATER WELLBEING COACH
ENTHUSIASM & PASSION
Water has always been an important element in my life, and I've loved being in it since childhood. Besides swimming, I've participated in many other water sports, including racing kayaking, whitewater kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, and water skiing, which I've also taught to many people as an instructor.
For over 10 years, swimming has been my greatest source of energy, which I have cultivated through hundreds of sessions and pursue with great passion and enthusiasm several days a week. I don't pursue any performance goals, but above all enjoy the weightless gliding, the connection to the water, and the wonderful feeling of being in harmony with myself and my needs.
Experience & Expertise
My work combines many years of experience in training and coaching, movement and wellbeing in many areas:
-
30 years of business and life coaching
-
25 years as owner of a wellness studio
-
10+ years of active swim training
-
Water ski instructor
-
Spinning Instructor
-
Extensive experience in various Body & Mind methods (including Pilates, Yoga, SMET, Autogenic Training, Zazen, Alexander Technique, Rolfing, and many more)
This experience allows me to combine physical movement with perception, mindfulness and individual development – structured, but without performance pressure and rigid guidelines.

Story
The real impetus for the topic of Water Wellbeing came not only from my own passion, but primarily from my daughter, who, due to her particular predisposition, initially had a great fear of open water and hardly dared to go in. With each session together, her fear diminished and her enjoyment of swimming grew. The result, after two years of swimming around 1000 meters together, was a joy in the water that inspired me so much that I want to share this positive experience with others.
Mission
My goal is to enable people to experience water in a new way. Not as a place of performance, but as a space for movement, perception, and well-being.
I want to help people discover water as a part of their lives –
as a source of energy, peace and quality of life.
Because water offers something unique:
A simple yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself.
