Water Wellbeing Days offer you a consciously designed break from everyday life – in and around the water.
In a clearly structured process, movement, perception and targeted impulses combine to create a holistic experience that appeals to both body and mind.

Two coordinated water sessions form the core of the day and are complemented by additional elements on land.


This creates a harmonious space for activation, relaxation or flow – depending on the Experience Line and your individual focus.

An energizing wellness day for anyone who wants to recharge and experience physical presence and power. The focus is on movement, rhythm, and a dynamic approach to the water, guiding you step by step into a stable, even flow of movement.
The day combines activity with conscious control – for more energy, clarity and inner strength.

REBALANCE & RELAX DAY

 

A restorative wellbeing day for all those who want to relax and find new balance.
Gentle movements, conscious breathing and calm routines in the water help you to release tension and calm your nervous system.
The day creates a protected space for slowing down, regeneration and inner balance.

FLOW & LIGHTNESS DAY

 

An inspiring Wellbeing Day for all those who want to experience movement in the water easily, freely and without pressure to perform.The focus is on a playful approach to movement, where rhythm, perception and intuition take center stage.


The day opens up new possibilities to experience water as a space for lightness and creative movement.
